If they're 351 heads, they'll have the slightly larger valves and ports (1.84/1.54 vs the 302's 1.78/1.48) The 351's will also have 8 intake bolts per side with "L" shaped coolant ports. Real low compression heads, 8.9 or lower with dished pistons. Valves are 1.8/1.5 or so. Small ports and smog humps. I'd stick with E7's over using these unless you don't have any heads.
